Our Founder events bring the city's builders together through Founder Firesides, Quarterly Pitch Nights, VC Office Hours and Founder Lunches. Past firesides have featured Nic Beique (Helcim), Jeff Adamson (SkipTheDishes, Neo),Cory Janssen (AltaML, Investopedia), Janet Bannister (Kijiji, Staircase Ventures), and more.
Creator-Forward
Our monthly Creator Nights bring the Calgary creative community together. Events range from fireside chats with inspiring creatives to open studio sessions, socials, and meetups. Past nights have featured Irene Rudnyk (Photographer), Jay McDonald & Marc Webster (ROAM Creative) , Juan Castillo & Eluvier Acosta (Mas Studios, Fashion Photographers) , and Justine Tyrell (R&B Artst).
Member Led & Member Focused
Toast, Humanae, Full Potential Club, Robin, and more of our members host their events at the space: workshops, community meetups, writing clubs, launch parties. We host Quarterly Dinner Parties, run clubs, peer mentorship sessions for our members and their guests on a regular basis.
Weekend Pop-Ups
Regularly occurring and rotating pop-ups are open to the public on weekends. Particle Coffee, Big Buns Club, Bagel Daze, & Big Kid Pizza have been around before. Interested in being a pop-up in the space? Shoot us a message letting us know what you’re looking for.
Penny’s Coffeehouse is operating currently, open on Saturdays and Sundays from 9am - 4pm.
